Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent rapport with Client FM Managers.
• Overall all sites responsibility for the following building FM services and installation, including but not limited to:- Building HVAC- HV/MV/LV Electrical distribution and lighting- Energy Efficiency- Power generation and distribution- Plumbing installations- Specialized services- Cleaning- Security- Pest Control
• Oversee and manage all specialized Maintenance and Facilities Management services of the building including Civil Works, MEP installations, Lifts, Escalators, Fire Fighting, Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Low Current Systems, Third Party Inspections, Consultants, etc.
• Assist FM Operations Manager, Business development team for the various technical requirements.
• Prepare work plans, modification and alteration works in the building and to obtain all of the necessary approvals for the same.
• Indenting of spares for routing and breakdown calls.
• Sustainable management of all contracts
• Discussion with client Management to review their problems and resolving their issues related to facilities.
